What is a “Pre-Order”?

A pre-order means the item is not yet made. Once purchased, your item is placed into production, and when it’s completed, it’s carefully processed, packaged, and delivered to you.

Where is my order?

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll get another email with a tracking link. If you need help locating your order, reach out to us at support@humanstrueidentity.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. This may include changes to your name, shipping address, contact information, or other order details. If you are requesting an exchange, please review our Exchange Policy for further information.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Your order may still be in the processing stage. Orders require time to be carefully reviewed, prepared, and processed before they are ready for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your order’s delivery.
